What actually happens in your assessment.
- You arrive.Park outside or at Werribee Plaza. The clinic is at 20 McDonald Street — a quiet treatment room, not a retail floor.
- We talk first.Your history, your previous treatments, what worked, what didn't, what you're worried about. Twenty questions, not five.
- Aarti examines your skin.Under proper clinical light, with a magnifying lens. We look at hydration, barrier, pigmentation pattern, structural integrity, any active concerns.
- Aarti writes your plan.On paper, in front of you. What we'd do, in what order, over what timeframe, at what cost. If treatment isn't right for you yet, the plan tells you what is — at home, at no cost.
- You leave with the plan.No deposit, no booking pressure, no "if you decide today." If you want to think about it for a month, the plan is good for a month.
What this is not.
It is not a sales pitch dressed up as a consultation.

Because the affluent client we want to work with has already been burned by the last clinic, and the last clinic before that. She's tired of paying for advice she didn't trust. The fastest way to build trust is to give the first thirty minutes for free, give an honest plan, and let her decide whether the rest is worth it.

Is it really free? What's the catch?
Yes, free. The catch is that there are eight per week, and they're booked one or two weeks ahead. No deposit, no card on file, no "if you don't book a treatment today the price goes up."
Will I be pressured into buying a treatment?
No. Aarti has no commission structure and no volume target. Her job in the assessment is to write you an honest plan. Whether you proceed is entirely your decision, with no follow-up sales calls.
What if I'm not ready for treatments yet?
Then the plan will tell you what to do at home — usually a barrier-repair sequence and a small skincare adjustment. Plenty of clients leave with that as the only recommendation, and that's a good outcome.
Can I bring my partner / sister / friend?
Of course. The room comfortably fits two people. Many clients prefer a second opinion in the room.
Do I need to take my makeup off before I arrive?
No. We have cleanser at the clinic. You'll do a full cleanse as part of the assessment so Aarti can see your real skin under proper light.
What if I have to cancel?
Email or message at least 24 hours in advance and we'll rebook you. We hold each slot for a real person; please don't book and ghost — there's a waitlist.
